What happens if my outfit does not fit me?

All of our garments come with a margin to tighten / loosen if needed. We offer sizes XS-XL for dresses and S-M-L for other garments. Our full length skirt lengths are all set at 42” and short length is set at 36” (each piece has a specific size chart as reference). Garments can be altered by you post purchase if need be. We encourage you to size up if you are debating between two sizes and always leave ample time for alterations in the event it is needed. There are no returns or exchanges of pieces.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our pieces, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept any returns or exchanges and are not able to process a cancellation once the order is processed. Please use the specific size chart and choose the size best suited for you.

Do you design individual customized outfits?

We do not customize or alter our individual pieces or designs. At this time we are only taking custom orders (ie. change in neckline/sleeve style of our exclusive prints) for larger groups, ie. bridesmaid outfits.

Do you accept orders from outside the USA?

Currently we only accept orders from USA, Canada and U.K. 

What are your shipping fees?

Standard shipping within the United States of America is free for any purchase $250.00 and above. For a purchase under $250.00 there is a flat $11.00 standard shipping fee. All Active and Lounge Wear though ships for free- no minimum.

For the Canada and U.K. shipping is calculated at checkout via DHL or UPS. Customer may have to pay additional taxes and duties on arrival in their home country. AnAya is not responsible for the taxes and duties collected in customer's home country- customer is fully responsible. Keep in mind- the duties and taxes collected can add up to half the value of your purchase.

Where are your pieces made?

All of our exclusive pieces are handmade with love in India.

Do you have a storefront?

How long will it take to get my AnAya purchase?

Our pieces take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered (due to COVID pandemic delivery may also be delayed). Our fabrics are meticulously handwoven and take time to produce. We have chosen an environmentally-conscious method of producing and growing our business by limiting excess inventory which can lead to wastage of precious resources. In case there is a delay in production, you will be notified immediately. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Thereafter, you will be notified by email once your order has been shipped out. We will also share a tracking number whereby you can keep track of your order.

 

What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately (within 24 hours) upon receiving your order confirmation. Customer is responsible if we are not contacted within 24 hours of the order placement.
